about the job

Take the lead on a major digital transformation project focused on enhancing cross-border payment capabilities and mobile banking infrastructure.

• Direct the end-to-end delivery of testing services for a high-priority digital payments initiative.

• Oversee the performance and output of appointed external service providers to ensure alignment with organizational quality standards.

• Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders across infrastructure and security to meet project milestones and technical requirements.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements to maintain high delivery standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation within the digital domain.

skills and experience required

• At least 10 years of experience in test delivery within large-scale, complex environments, specifically in the financial services sector.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple external vendors and third-party service providers.

• Proficiency in modern delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall.

• Technical familiarity with industry-standard testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or mobile automation frameworks.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse, multi-cultural teams.
