Senior Assistant Associate (Corporate)

💰 Salary: $3,500 – $3,800/month
📍 Location: Singapore
📅 Contract: 12 months | Immediate Start
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8.30am–6pm | Fri 8.30am–5.30pm
⏰ 42 hours/week

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate office renovation and relocation projects.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, building management and internal stakeholders.
• Support office move, setup, facilities and post-move follow-up.
• Assist with finance, procurement, records, HR, IT and general administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on operational matters.
• Support corporate events and projects when required.

✅ Requirements

• Relevant experience in corporate administration, office/facilities management, procurement or related functions.
• Strong coordination, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Meticulous, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Experience in office renovation or relocation projects is an advantage.
