Service Engineer (Onsite, Fresh Grads Welcome) $2.9K - $3.2K + Allowance $1.2K + VB up to 3 months (Semicon Industry)

Key Duties

• Install, service and upgrade equipment at customer fabs
• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out repairs, adjustments and preventive maintenance
• Perform electro-mechanical troubleshooting on complex wafer processing systems
• Interpret system parameters and equipment interactions to support process development
• Handle specialised jigs and tools during service jobs
• Assist Senior Engineers with advanced tasks such as robot teaching and sub-unit servicing
• Prepare technical service reports and maintenance documentation
• Attend weekly team meetings and deliver technical presentations
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to meet service expectations

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome — full training provided
• Hands-on ability in machine setup, installation, modification, servicing and repair
• Cleanroom or Semiconductor Fab experience is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Good communication, documentation and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to work effectively in a team and with customers
