Senior/Quantity Surveyor (MRT/LTA construction project)

• Basic from $4,000 to $6,200 + AWS + Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities

• Handle post-contract quantity surveying duties for large-scale construction projects, including contract and sub-contract administration, cost control and budget monitoring.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, including sourcing, evaluating quotations, negotiating and preparing letters of award.
• Review and process subcontractor payments, progress claims and final accounts.
• Prepare, evaluate and manage variation orders and ensure proper cost and contractual documentation.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow, and provide timely cost reports.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building/Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MRT/LTA construction projects.
• Experience in post-contract administration, subcontractor management, cost control, progress claims and variation orders.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract administration.
