We work closely with research institutions, laboratories, healthcare organisations, biotechnology companies, and other scientific organisations to help them identify and implement suitable products and solutions.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager or Account Manager to develop customer relationships, drive sales growth, and provide high-quality commercial and technical support to our customers.

The final appointment level will depend on the candidate’s experience, technical knowledge, and ability to manage accounts independently.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling scientific, laboratory, and research equipment within the life-science sector.

You will manage assigned customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, understand customers’ technical requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Drive sales of scientific, laboratory, and research equipment within the life sciences industry.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to improve client satisfaction and retention.

• Develop and manage assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the company’s business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and account development.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for the research community.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and application guidance.

Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and seamless customer support.

Remuneration

• Base Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month, plus sales commission.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (degree in a scientific field preferred).
