Quantity Surveyor (M&E | Up to $8k)

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-contract commercial and quantity surveying activities for Electrical/M&E projects.
• Review contracts, tender documents, drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify scope variations and additional works.
• Prepare, substantiate, and submit Variation Orders (VOs) and contractual claims.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate build-ups for variation and additional works.
• Negotiate and follow up on VO submissions and claims with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Prepare progress claims and monitor project financial performance.
• Manage final accounts and ensure timely commercial closure of projects.
• Track project costs, outstanding variation claims, and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with project and site teams to identify, document, and support claims for additional works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management within Electrical/M&E projects.
• Proven experience in post-contract administration and Variation Order (VO) management.
• Hands-on experience in preparing, substantiating, and negotiating variation claims with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
