Compensation & Benefits Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, bonus and incentive programmes.
• Review and administer employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness, cost effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support compensation recommendations and decision-making.
• Support the annual salary review, performance and bonus cycles.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.
• Ensure C&B policies, processes and practices are compliant with internal governance and relevant regulations.
• Analyse compensation data and prepare reports and insights for management.
• Support the review and enhancement of C&B policies, programmes and processes.

Requirements

• Min 8-10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or HR with strong C&B exposure.
• Experience in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus and incentive programmes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with compensation data and draw meaningful insights.
• Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work across HR, Finance and business teams.
• Familiarity with relevant employment regulations and C&B practices.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with HR and compensation systems.
