Management Accounting (Assoc) / Business Finance (Assoc) - Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse regular business and financial performance reports, including revenue, balance sheet, profitability and other key business metrics.
• Track business performance against budgets, forecasts and targets, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Support the preparation of management reports, forecasts, budgets and longer-term business plans.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and management decision-making.
• Partner closely with business and internal stakeholders to address financial queries and provide commercial insights.
• Prepare management presentations and materials for regular business reviews.
• Support initiatives to streamline and improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in finance transformation, system migration and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Management Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A or Financial Management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Ability to analyse business performance and translate data into meaningful insights.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services or banking experience would be advantageous.
