Global Markets - Voice - Sales Trader

Your role :

Do you have proven track record as a client relationship builder? Are you good at seizing opportunities to identify and source suitable products?

We’re looking for someone to:

• work closely with the institutional salesforce to identify purchase and sales opportunities

• develop relationships with assigned client organizations through sales trading and execution services

• provide timely and effective execution of firm and client orders

• maximize flows by exploring cross business opportunities with clients

• offer continuous and accurate market data to traders to facilitate trading activities

The team :

You’ll be working in our Global Markets Execution Services team based in Hong Kong. We have a successful derivatives franchise covering both Over-The-Counter (OTC) and Listed product across voice execution and electronic trading. Our role is to offer a complete suite of front-to-back one stop solutions. We help our clients access the investments that match their specific needs.

Your skills and experience :

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• ideally 6+ year of experience in a similar role

• confident in analyzing and staying solid under pressure

• great communicator, able to build strong internal and external relationships

• work style embodies accuracy, diligence, and a focus on details

• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
