2027 Graduate Talent Program - Global Banking - Singapore

Your role

Interested in a career in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:
• evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
• get involved in the execution of live deals

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Singapore. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• will graduate by June 2027, or who has less than two years of work experience
• Has knowledge of one of the following languages: Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesian.
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of the economy and current financial market trends. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
