Job Summary:

Join a dynamic real estate team to deliver high-quality leasing services, focusing on tenant support and property marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional guidance to clients (primarily tenants) to identify suitable properties based on needs and budget.
• Research, plan, and coordinate property viewings, ensuring efficient scheduling and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate negotiations, offering accurate market insights, pricing, and regulatory information to achieve fair outcomes.
• Market and showcase properties through listings, advertisements, and viewings to attract prospective tenants or buyers.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Support clients during handover and hand-back processes of properties.
• Assist tenants throughout their lease period, including coordinating maintenance and repair services.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings and databases.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Salesperson.
• Proven experience delivering customer service tailored to Japanese-speaking clients.
• Valid CEA salesperson licence.
• Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, and client-focused approach.
