• Position: Trade Executive / Senior Executive – Yield & Capacity Management
• Location: Temasek Avenue
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.45AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established container shipping company seeking a Trade Executive / Senior Executive to support service allocation, yield optimisation, slot management and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned services and prepare voyage-based allocations.
• Optimise TEU and tonnage utilisation to maximise profitability.
• Support slot control activities, including slot purchases and sales.
• Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports.
• Analyse market trends, competitor rates and cargo patterns.
• Support Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) based on costs, margins and market conditions.
• Coordinate pricing alignment with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of container shipping experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
