Project Manager for Civil Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.

• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

• Ensure workplace safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements are met.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with local authorities' requirements and construction regulations is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
