About the Role

The Tender Management Executive is at the center of DKSH's most strategic business bids, leading end-to-end tender coordination to secure key healthcare contracts and drive competitive positioning in the market. Based at 47 Jalan Buroh with two-way company shuttle services from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, and Serangoon MRT stations, this entry-level role offers exceptional cross-functional exposure and a strong foundation in project management and commercial operations.

What You Will Deliver

• Identify and lead the submission of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Tenders to position DKSH competitively in key healthcare bids
• Communicate tender requirements clearly to internal stakeholders, ensuring all teams understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Collate, prepare, and compile bid documents with precision, ensuring all submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered on time
• Develop costing and quotations for tenders and ongoing projects, applying sound commercial logic and pricing acumen
• Maintain and update the project pipeline to provide the business with full visibility of upcoming opportunities and priorities
• Follow up on tender queries and clarifications, ensuring all client questions are addressed promptly and professionally
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma in Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Supply Chain Management
• No prior experience required; this role is open to entry-level candidates with a proactive approach to learning
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies across complex bid documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to liaise effectively across departments
• Resilient and adaptable under pressure, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities or information change
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative ahead of instructions
