Executive, Client Management

About the Role

The Client Management Executive serves as a strategic partner to DKSH's healthcare clients, orchestrating end-to-end supply chain solutions and ensuring that operations are consistently aligned with client business objectives. Based at 47 Jalan Buroh with direct shuttle buses provided from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, and Serangoon MRT stations, this role offers exceptional visibility into global healthcare operations and is designed to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders.

What You Will Deliver

• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring DKSH's operations are aligned with their strategic goals
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key industry stakeholders to drive performance transparency and continuous improvement
• Consolidate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics across Customer Care Centre (CCC), Distribution Centre (DC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance functions into professional reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear improvement recommendations
• Build and sustain high-frequency client engagement to foster trust and long-term strategic partnerships
• Monitor inventory stock levels against contractual targets, minimizing obsolescence and managing non-working stock to safeguard inventory health
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Distribution Centre (DC) and Material Management teams to ensure shipments are tracked and storage is optimized
• Provide clear, data-backed instructions for inventory transfers, write-offs, and block actions to support accurate and compliant inventory management
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• No prior experience required; this role welcomes fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a proactive approach to learning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (M365), particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and stakeholder presentations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data, identify trends, and translate findings into business narratives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage and manage client stakeholders professionally
• Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics and end-to-end supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual management
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and independently offer solutions
