This is a strategic opportunity to provide integral support to a sophisticated Investment Team within a high-performance environment, contributing to the operational success of a world-class private equity platform.

This newly created position goes beyond traditional administration, requiring a proactive partner to support 4 to 6 senior stakeholders. You will act as a central point of coordination for the investment lifecycle, ensuring the team is positioned to execute transactions and manage limited partner relationships effectively.
key responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative backing during active deal cycles and fund-raising periods; coordinate the distribution of sensitive investment memos and investor reporting materials.
- Manage intricate, multi-stop international roadshows and travel itineraries tailored to demanding deal schedules.
- Synchronize high-priority meetings involving internal investment committees, portfolio company management, and global investors.
- Assist in the meticulous preparation, proofreading, and formatting of investment committee decks, pitch books, and financial reports.
- Oversight of expense management via Concur and maintenance of CRM databases to track investor interactions and deal flow.
skills and experience required
- Professional Background: A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-touch corporate support role.
- Sector Expertise: Prior experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking is essential, with a clear understanding of the pace and confidentiality required in deal-driven environments.
- Technical Command: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint for deck formatting) and Concur.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional EQ with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder hierarchies. You must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of maintaining absolute discretion regarding proprietary deal information and fund data.
