Management Executive Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage reception duties by answering phone calls and addressing walk-in enquiries from parents, students, staff, and vendors to deliver professional customer service
• Coordinate school administrative tasks such as managing bus bookings, handling daily mail, and distributing materials to teachers and students to support daily operations
• Verify invoices, prepare payment documents, process purchase requests, and assist with procurement transactions to support finance and procurement processes
• Administer basic first aid to students as needed and maintain stationery and office supply inventory levels to ensure safety and resource availability
• Execute additional administrative and operational duties assigned to maintain efficient school office operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or above qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, finance, and/or procurement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in a school environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and service-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who is responsible, adaptable, and able to work independently when required
