Marketing Manager – Digital, Brand & PR

About the role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on and results-driven Marketing Manager to grow our consumer brands in Singapore.

You will take the lead in digital marketing, social media, public relation and brand campaigns — from developing ideas to bringing campaigns to life.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute digital marketing, social media and brand campaigns

• Manage paid digital advertising and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement and conversions

• Develop engaging content across social media and digital channels

• Drive public relations and media relations, including press releases, media outreach and product publicity

• Build relationships with media, influencers, KOLs and content creators

• Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and major sales events

• Manage influencer collaborations, product reviews and brand partnerships

• Support roadshows, exhibitions and brand activations

• Work closely with Sales and E-commerce teams to drive traffic, leads and sales

• Manage marketing agencies, vendors and external partners

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, lifestyle, FMCG or e-commerce

• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media

• Experience in public relations, media relations and influencer/KOL marketing

• Able to plan and execute campaigns from idea to launch

• Good understanding of paid advertising and digital performance metrics

• Creative with a strong commercial mindset

• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills

• Hands-on, resourceful and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Able to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines

• Experience managing agencies or external partners is an advantage
