Job Description :

Assist Project Manager/System Manager and team in the overall vendor management of product development and delivery, and maintenance of STREAM FSD to ensure operational continuity and successful outcomes.

• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders and cross-department project teams to align expectations, assist in change management efforts, and prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management reporting.
• Manage vendor delivery and system support by tracking system defects, manage service requests and change requests, reviewing system logs, and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with vendors to monitor system performance, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with IT policies and operational standards.
• Recommend and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT certification, or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in system analysis/design, and 1 year in IT service delivery; PMP or CITPM preferred
  
• Strong system analysis and design skills; proactive and meticulous; good planning and project management capabilities; strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
