We're seeking a dynamic and skilled IT professional to join our forward-thinking team.

Job Description :

• oversee the day-to-day operations of the EUSS contracted team across all EUC functions, including helpdesk support, device provisioning and asset management, software and patch deployment, and user account and access management.

• monitor ticket queues, review resolution quality, and ensure that incidents and service requests are resolved within the stipulated SLAs.

• where service standards are not met, the officer will work with the EUSS team to implement corrective actions and escalate issues, as necessary.

• will also track the EUSS team's performance against agreed KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management's review.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with End Users' Computing

2. The officer is required to :

• supervise the EUSS contracted team to ensure the deliverables are in accordance with the agreed scope of work and service standards.

• be in charge of the overview and coordination work.

• have strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• command the ability to hold vendors accountable to their contractual obligations

• A team player​ but also independent with strong operational awareness
