Customer Service (Order Fulfilment) Specialist (Medical Devices) Ref: GAS

An established MNC, which is a global provider of medical technologies, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, from order receipt and processing to shipment coordination and invoicing.
• Process customer and sample orders accurately in SAP, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment.
• Monitor order backlog, shipments, billing and backorders, proactively following up on outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centres to expedite shipments and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, providing timely updates on order and shipment status.
• Manage customer returns and repair requests, liaising with the relevant Repair Centre for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve order-related issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify process gaps and root causes, and contribute to process improvement and integration projects.
• Provide team coverage and backup support, as well as assist with other ad-hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Order fulfilment; preferably with APAC exposure
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good working knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
