Inside Sales Executive (Industrial Solutions/ APAC) Ref: GAS

Our client, a Fortune 500 global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely support on product information, pricing, stock availability and quotations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, working closely with Sales, Pricing and Global teams to maximise order conversion.
• Drive sales opportunities by identifying potential business, developing new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Handle price negotiations and enquiries while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies and guidelines.
• Process and monitor customer orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Track open orders, backlogs and forecasts, proactively addressing supply issues and keeping customers updated.
• Work closely with Planning, Buyers and other internal stakeholders to support customer demand and inventory requirements.
• Manage customer returns, quality issues and claims, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular customer reviews to understand business needs, upcoming projects, market developments and potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and support new product introductions, customer projects and initiatives to drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum2 – 3 years of Sales/ Business Development and Customer Service Experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of ERP system will be advantageous
