About this job
- Analyse and improve business processes for mobile phone shops and telecom retail operations.
- Study existing sales, inventory, purchasing, stock transfer, repair, trade-in and customer service workflows.
- Gather business requirements from management and shop staff and translate them into IT system requirements.
- Develop and document SOPs, process flows, workflows and system requirements.
- Analyse POS, inventory, CRM, accounting and e-commerce systems and recommend improvements.
- Monitor mobile phone and accessory inventory, including IMEI/serial-number tracking.
- Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards and KPIs covering sales, stock, profit, staff performance and customer activity.
- Coordinate with IT vendors/developers for system implementation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support integration between physical stores and online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
- Train staff on new systems, processes and standard operating procedures.
- Provide management with recommendations to improve operational efficiency, profitability and customer experience
