Join us as a Recruitment Project Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment projects through candidate screening, vendor engagement, onboarding coordination, and operational processes. 💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and engage external vendors to support recruitment projects and workforce requirements.
• Screen and assess job applicants against hiring requirements.
• Coordinate candidate and vendor onboarding activities.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence checks as part of onboarding and compliance processes.
• Manage billing activities, invoice processing, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to operational and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment projects.

🌟 What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant within an agency recruitment environment in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of candidate screening and recruitment processes.
• Meticulous and comfortable handling documentation, compliance checks, and administrative responsibilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
