Sales Executive (Interior / Architectural Products)

• Position : Sales Executive (Interior / Architectural Products)
• Location : Sungei Kadut
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.45am – 6.15pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Gross $6,000 or more (Basic up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance $800–$1,000 + Mobile Allowance $200) + Sales Commission + Variable Bonus + 14–18 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Promote and sell interior, furniture and architectural solutions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Provide technical and product advice during client discussions.
• Coordinate with Design, Project and Operations teams on project requirements.
• Follow up on project progress and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in interior, renovation, furniture, architectural products or building materials.
• Able to read and interpret technical or design drawings.
• Strong sales, communication and client relationship skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts where required.
• Own vehicle is advantageous due to client visits and work-related travelling.
