Contract Specialist (MNC Construction)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and administer construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and prepare contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, amendments, and related agreements.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and compliance.
• Handle variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and contractual correspondence.
• Review commercial and contractual risks and provide recommendations to project management.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Consultants, Contractors, and Clients.
• Maintain contract records, registers, notices, and supporting documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and resolution of contractual disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant contract/commercial experience in construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, variations, claims, EOT, and contract administration.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced MNC environment.
