Senior / Inside Sales Executive (Valves, Fittings)

Job Description:

• Handle inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups to qualify opportunities and support sales targets.
• Build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing requests, and sales documents.
• Coordinate orders from quotation through delivery with customers, logistics, finance and Japan HQ.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and opportunity records in SAP and CRM.
• Support outdoor sales and distributors on leads, pricing, customer meetings, and campaigns.
• Monitor quotations, orders, backlogs, and dormant accounts to recover opportunities and retain customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, demand plans, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
• Develop strong product and semiconductor application knowledge to provide first-line commercial support.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order management, or distribution experience.
• Semiconductor or industrial B2B exposure preferred.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware.
