C&S Engineer (MNC Consultancy)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil and structural engineering solutions for building and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Conduct structural analysis and ensure designs comply with Singapore codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, M&E consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Assist in project planning, design coordination, and resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to quality, safety, schedule, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in a C&S consultancy environment, preferably with building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent.
• Familiar with Singapore building codes, Eurocodes, and relevant local authority requirements.
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with PE / Chartered Engineer status or progressing towards professional accreditation will have an advantage.
