HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Job Architecture

  • Draft, refine, and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for retail, logistics, sales, and marketing roles.

  • Post and manage active listings across major platforms (MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, JobStreet, university portals).

  • Screen incoming resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone screens.

  • Schedule and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.

• HR Operations & Lifecycle Administration

  • Draft employment contracts, confirmation letters, and onboarding paperwork.

  • Maintain and digitize accurate employee records, personnel files, and leave/attendance systems.

  • Assist with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass documentation (EP, S Pass, Work Permits) under senior supervision.

  • Support offboarding clearances and exit documentation.

• Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Help plan team-bonding events, festive celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

  • Assist in organizing logistics for internal training sessions and corporate exhibitions.
    

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

    • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with ATS or HRIS is a plus.

    • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and local labor guidelines is advantageous.

    • Core Mindset: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, high discretion when handling confidential employee data, and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
