IT Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & User Support

• Administer user accounts, email systems, and access controls

• Support procurement, setup, and maintenance of end-user devices and software

• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues in coordination with vendors

System & Infrastructure Support

• Assist in system maintenance, updates, and upgrades

• Monitor system and security logs; escalate incidents where required

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate outsourced IT vendors (EUC, network, CCTV, etc.)

• Track service delivery and follow up on issue resolution

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives (e.g. phishing simulations, user training)

• Assist in enforcing data protection and IT governance policies

Projects & Facilities Setup

• Support IT setup for new facilities and operational expansions

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant IT support or operations experience

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

Good to have:

• Exposure to network systems (e.g. Ubiquiti, Fortinet)

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
