Volunteer Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Executive to coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, deployment and engagement. Working with the Volunteer Manager, volunteers and community partners, you will help ensure that volunteer activities are well organised, supported and documented.

Key Responsibilities

Support volunteer outreach, screening, onboarding and orientation.

Match volunteers to suitable roles and coordinate deployment schedules.

Serve as the day-to-day contact for volunteers and support engagement activities.

Coordinate communications and logistics with programmes and community partners.

Maintain accurate records, prepare routine reports and ensure compliance with policies, safeguarding and data-protection requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.

Experience in volunteer management, community engagement, programme coordination or administration is advantageous.

Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable using spreadsheets, databases and reporting tools.

Service-minded, collaborative and interested in the social service sector.
