CNC Operator

Job Summary

You will perform precise CNC machining by reading drawings and processing components, ensuring quality through inspections and proper tool handling, while maintaining equipment and collaborating effectively with the CNC team.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the CNC team leader to complete machining tasks accurately and efficiently
• Install workpieces and tools correctly, performing error checks before and during processing to prevent defects
• Identify and measure key dimensions of workpieces, inspect and record results to ensure quality and progress
• Operate machine tools with full knowledge of their processing capabilities to optimize performance
• Maintain and service machine tools and accessories to ensure reliable operation and longevity
• Use grinding tools properly and maintain good grinding conditions for consistent tool quality
• Handle measuring tools correctly, ensuring their accuracy and integrity for precise measurements
• Organize and maintain storage of tooling and fixtures to keep the workspace orderly and tools accessible
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth CNC operations and meet production goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• More than three years of experience in high-speed and precise CNC machining, including reading drawings and grinding forming tools
• Experience in processing precision components and equipment maintenance
• Strong teamwork spirit, service awareness, and adaptability to pressure
