Data Entry Assistant - Admin Support

Key Responsibilities

• To assist Planning engineers in all form of documentation works.
• To receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list
• To prepare EXCEL database for all the precast components and update the material data those received from Quantity Surveyor
• Monitor & update the production records in the database on daily basis.
• To monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials.
• Responsible for all the material order for few selected projects.
• Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage.
• Compile some QC documents to submit to main contractor / RTO on weekly or monthly basis for a few selected projects.

Requirements

• N-Level / O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably 1 year of experience in data entry, planning support, or administrative work
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
