Investment Fund Accounting & Operations

Join a MAS-licensed AI-powered quantitative hedge fund as we build out our fund operations team. This is a hands-on role covering the full fund lifecycle across our Variable Capital Company (VCC) structures.

What You'll Do

• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions, manage account openings, and maintain fund documentation
• Review NAV reports from fund administrators and support annual audits
• Liaise with brokers, fund administrators, and service providers as a key point of contact
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any related field (No experience are welcomed)
• Prior exposure to investment funds, fund administration, or fund accounting internship is a plus
• Strong attention to detail — you'll be handling numbers and documents that matter
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, high-ownership team
• Genuine curiosity about financial markets, investment funds, and how they operate
