Finance & Treasury Manager - Single Family Office

About our client
A newly established Single Family Office in Singapore is looking for a Finance & Treasury Manager to own the full finance and operations function as a founding team member.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full-scope financial reporting, bookkeeping, and audit coordination across SFO and related entities
• Portfolio administration — capital calls, AUM reconciliation, subscription documents, KYC, FATCA/CRS, K-1 packs
• Banking and treasury operations across multiple currencies and custodians
• Internal office finance — payroll, CPF, vendor management, budgeting
• Singapore regulatory compliance — AML/CFT, ACRA filings, insurance renewals

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CA/CPA/ACCA (part or full) welcome
• 3–5 years in finance, fund administration, operations, or audit — ideally from a family office, fund manager, fund administrator, private bank, or financial services audit firm
• Familiarity with Singapore tax and regulatory basics; FATCA/CRS exposure a plus
• Above all: reliable, meticulous, discreet, and trustworthy
