Synopsis

Superminted is seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and commercialisation of emerging AI-enabled products and solutions. This role combines product strategy, commercial thinking and technology adoption, with ownership of product roadmaps, market positioning and growth opportunities from development through launch and ongoing optimisation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, user needs and market opportunities.
• Lead the product lifecycle from development and validation through launch, adoption and ongoing optimisation.
• Define product positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies to support commercial growth.
• Gather and translate user, client and business requirements into clear product requirements and feature priorities.
• Evaluate product functionality, user experience and performance, identifying gaps and improvements based on user feedback and market insights.
• Prioritise product features and enhancements against strategic goals, business value and development resources.
• Work closely with technology, design, strategy, marketing and business teams to guide product development and implementation.
• Conduct market, competitor and emerging technology research to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Identify new applications, partnerships and business opportunities that can strengthen and expand the product portfolio.
• Develop business cases, proposals and financial projections for new product opportunities and initiatives.
• Define and track product adoption, revenue, profitability and other relevant performance indicators.
• Present product strategies, recommendations and value propositions to internal stakeholders, clients and potential partners.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience across digital, marketing, technology, business strategy or related fields, with experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of digital businesses, customer needs and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing strategies, propositions or solutions from concept through implementation.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in business planning, pricing, revenue models or go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into structured product requirements and opportunities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to prioritise initiatives based on business and user value.
• Strong interest in and working knowledge of AI, automation and emerging digital technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging clients, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies, Agile ways of working and product management tools is advantageous.
