Senior Exec, Project Management

Synopsis

Superminted is seeking a Project Manager to independently manage small-to-mid-sized campaigns and accounts. This role is client-facing and execution-driven, requiring ownership of project objectives, budgets, timelines, resources, and cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless and timely delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects end-to-end, from scoping and project planning to final delivery.
• Own and track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resourcing across internal teams.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and agency teams, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Facilitate workflows between creative, strategy, content, and production teams.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, and changing requirements, identifying risks and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
• Apply project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices where relevant to support structured and efficient delivery.
• Facilitate regular project check-ins, ensuring priorities, actions, and responsibilities are clear.
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, resource utilisation, and delivery processes.
• Ensure project documentation, status updates, and reports are accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ project management experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or digital agency.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management tools, budget tracking, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
