About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems (FRCS) to lead the technical architecture, integration and optimisation of enterprise Finance, Risk and Compliance platforms.
This is a senior technical role suited to someone with strong experience across ERP/EPM platforms, finance systems integration, APIs and middleware, with the ability to bridge Finance, Risk, Audit and Technology teams.
You will take ownership of the technical roadmap and architecture while ensuring highly reliable, secure and well-governed financial systems and data flows.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the technical architecture and roadmap across Finance, Risk and Compliance platforms.
Lead technical architecture across ERP, EPM, GRC and automation systems.
Design and govern end-to-end integrations, including APIs, middleware flows, interfaces and data mappings.
Ensure the accuracy, security and integrity of financial data across connected enterprise systems.
Review and approve technical specifications, workflows and solution designs.
Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution of critical system and integration issues.
Oversee releases, patches, regression testing and production readiness across finance platforms.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture on architecture standards, security frameworks and data governance.
Drive automation and performance optimisation to reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency.
Support audit, risk and compliance reviews by ensuring appropriate technical controls are in place.
Coordinate technical dependencies across IAM, Infrastructure, EUC and Platform teams.
Manage technology vendors and System Integration partners to ensure quality delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts and other members of the FRCS team.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in Finance Systems Integration, Technical Architecture, ERP/EPM or related technical leadership roles.
Strong experience with SAP and/or Oracle environments and enterprise finance-system integration.
Proven expertise across APIs and middleware technologies, such as MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI or similar platforms.
Experience leading technical delivery for finance transformation or complex multi-system environments.
Good understanding of ERP, EPM, GRC and financial data flows.
Strong understanding of financial-system security, controls, audit and compliance requirements.
Experience with system integration, interface governance, data mapping and technical solution design.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capability within complex production environments.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage technology vendors/SI partners.
Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Risk, Audit and Technology functions.
