• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the ECDA curriculum framework.

• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports every child's holistic development.

• Observe, assess and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.

• Foster strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and engagement.

• Work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop enriching classroom experiences and school programmes.

• Maintain high standards of classroom organisation, health, safety and hygiene.

• Participate in curriculum planning, professional development programmes and school events.

• Uphold the school's values while providing quality care and education to every child.

✅ Requirements

• ECDA L1 or L2 Certification (Mandatory)

• ECDA-recognised Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent.

• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a premium preschool or early childhood setting in Singapore.

• Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based, child-centred learning approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate, nurturing and committed to providing quality early childhood education.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong desire for continuous professional growth.
