Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our preschool campuses. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes, provide administrative support, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operational activities across multiple preschool campuses.
Prepare, consolidate, and analyse operational reports and data to support business decisions.
Assist with payment processing, invoice verification, expense tracking, and other finance-related administrative duties.
Coordinate and support the execution of operational projects, marketing campaigns, and school events.
Liaise with vendors and service providers on maintenance, facilities management, procurement, and administrative matters.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Monitor and follow up on operational matters to ensure timely completion and resolution.
Provide administrative and operational support to various departments.
Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate effectively with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving, coordination, and analytical skills.
Prior experience in operations, administration, finance support, or the education industry will be an advantage.
