AI Developer

We are looking for a driven AI Developer to design,develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that improve business processes anduser experiences. This role will be required to collaborate with softwaredevelopers, business stakeholders, and data teams to develop scalable AIsolutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and moderncloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and implementAI-driven applications and automation solutions.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutionsusing Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-sourcemodels.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)applications using vector databases and embedding models.
• Design and optimize prompts, AI workflows,and AI agents to meet business requirements.
• Build APIs and integrate AI capabilities withexisting enterprise platforms and business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Evaluate, monitor, and enhance AI modelperformance, accuracy, and reliability; perform model fine-tuning whererequired.
• Ensure AI applications comply with security,privacy, and governance standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures,and user guides.
• Stay updated on advancements in AItechnologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: Python, SQL
• JavaScript is a plus
• AI/ML: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, NLP, Machine Learning
• Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• DevOps: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes experience is a plus
• Databases: SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, VectorDatabases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of software development experience,with at least 1 year hands-on experience in AI or Machine Learning projects.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI,Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture, vectordatabases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Milvus), and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such asMicrosoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, andproblem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
