Key Responsibilities

1. Centre & Property Management

  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard.
  • Oversee building services, facilities, common areas, plant rooms, amenities and other shared facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety, cleanliness and operational issues.
  • Develop and implement effective preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
  • Monitor building systems and ensure timely rectification of defects, breakdowns and operational issues.
  • Ensure the Centre provides a safe, comfortable and professional environment for tenants, visitors and staff.

2. Tenant & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and occupants on property and operational matters.
  • Manage tenant feedback, complaints and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective follow-up.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, reinstatement works, renovation and fit-out activities.
  • Review and monitor tenant submissions to ensure compliance with building requirements and applicable guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, landlords, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with medical suite operators and other specialised occupiers to address their specific operational requirements.

3. Building Systems & Technical Operations

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of key building systems, including M&E, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, lifts, security and Building Management Systems.
  • Ensure planned preventive maintenance and statutory inspections are carried out within the required timelines.
  • Monitor the performance of service providers and ensure agreed service levels and KPIs are achieved.
  • Coordinate emergency response, breakdowns and urgent repairs.
  • Review technical reports and recommend appropriate corrective and improvement measures.


Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience managing commercial buildings or specialised commercial facilities.
  • Strong tenant and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of building systems and property operations.
  • Proven experience managing contractors and service providers.
  • Strong statutory compliance and safety awareness.
  • Experience working in environments with specialised operational requirements.
  • Ability to balance property standards, tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities
