What You'll Work On

• Public Relations: daily news scans, clipping coverage, drafting media releases, pitching stories and supporting press events.
• Influencer Marketing: shortlist KOLs, handle outreach, manage seeding campaigns and track deliverables.
• Social Media Marketing: draft captions, schedule posts, engage communities and track analytics across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn and FB.
• Content Creation: film/edit short videos, design simple posts, help run takeovers and brainstorm fresh ideas.C
• lient Support: prepare decks and reports, maintain media/KOL lists and update trackers.
• Expect projects across sports & lifestyle, engineering & innovation and public interest campaigns. No two weeks are the same.

What You'll Learn

• How to land media coverage and pitch like a pro. Get hands-on experience drafting and sending pitches that get replies.
• Content creation that connects. Plan, film and edit Reels, TikToks and Stories; craft LinkedIn posts and carousels that actually get engagement.
• Campaign planning, timelines, briefs and reporting. Understand how to move from big ideas to deliverables that hit deadlines.
• Using analytics to create smarter content. Track performance and apply insights to make your next post, pitch or video better.

Who We're Looking For

• University student or recent grad in Comms/PR/Marketing/Journalism, or equivalent experience/interest.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing and creating content for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn and FB, from drafting captions to publishing posts.
• Excited about filming, editing and experimenting with short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus points if you're skilled in Canva, CapCut, or other editing/design tools.
