Sales Admin Executive

• Position: Sales Admin Executive

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic Salary + 21 Annual Leave Days + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Security system supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers on product, order and delivery enquiries while providing administrative support to the Sales team.

• Process quotations, sales orders, customer invoices and monthly statements of account accurately.

• Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via phone and email.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update systems in accordance with established SOPs.

• Assist with the submission of project information and documentation to clients.

• Coordinate with office vendors and service providers including catering, furniture and stationery suppliers.

• Arrange appointments and business travel for company employees.

• Coordinate meeting and event logistics including catering, venue setup, audiovisual requirements and supplies.

• Liaise with outsourced IT and SAP support providers on system-related matters.

• Coordinate the setup and availability of laptops, monitors, phones, internet access and other workplace equipment for employees.

• Liaise with internal departments and prepare the necessary supporting documentation.

• Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline would be advantageous.

• At least two years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales support or order processing.

• Experience in security systems, IT, networking or PA systems would be advantageous.

• Basic working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems would be advantageous.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
