About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to support daily client engagement and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience.
The Customer Service Officer will serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and professional service standards across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Client Engagement
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and appointments
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Assist with preparation of reports, forms, and administrative materials
- Support day-to-day operational and coordination tasks
Service Excellence
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience and professionalism
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
- Contribute ideas to improve service processes and workflow efficiency
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client support
- Support events, outreach activities, or client engagement initiatives when required
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Diploma, A-Level, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
