Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, coordinating activities, and delivering excellent service.

This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to both business development initiatives and radiation oncology clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives to grow the organisation and strengthen business partnerships.

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referring doctors and corporate clients.

• Coordinate meetings, networking events, healthcare talks and marketing activities.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports and marketing materials.

• Conduct market research and maintain referral and client databases.

• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives where required.

• Provide administrative and operational support for clinic services.

• Assist with appointment coordination, patient enquiries and billing matters when required.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Undertake ad hoc business development projects and other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Service or a related role.

• Experience in the healthcare industry will be advantageous.
