Retail Associate

Job Description

We are looking for friendly, motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Provide accurate information on products, promotions and services

• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance

• Process purchases, payments and other retail transactions

• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged

• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks

• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the retail area

• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service

• Work closely with team members to achieve sales and service targets

• Perform other retail-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, A-Level, Diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented

• Comfortable interacting with customers

• Responsible and willing to learn

• Able to work independently as well as within a team

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or sales would be advantageous

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position

• 5-day work week

• Rotating shifts between 10:00am – 9:00pm

• Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster
