Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing worksite marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with clients on-site and remotely
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to client accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketing execution
• Handle client queries and provide timely follow-ups

Requirements:

• Confident communicator, comfortable meeting clients face-to-face
• Digitally savvy — comfortable with scheduling tools, messaging apps, basic admin software
• Prior experience in marketing, client servicing, or admin support is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train
• Able to work independently in a hybrid setup
• A self-starter attitude and willingness to learn
