Job Summary

We are hiring Pop-Up Booth Assistants and Booth Managers for retail pop-up activations at ION Orchard and Marina Bay Sands from November to December 2026.

ION Orchard
9 November – 31 December 2026

Marina Bay Sands (MBS)
26 November – 31 December 2026

Working Hours:
10:00am – 10:00pm

Hourly Rate:
$13 – $15 per hour, depending on role and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with redemption activities to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Provide clear and accurate basic product information to customers to enhance their experience
• Support daily operations of pop-up booths to maintain efficient service delivery
• Manage crowd and queue flow to ensure customer safety and orderly service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the booth to uphold brand standards
• Perform other assigned duties to support event and booth needs
• For Booth Managers: oversee daily booth operations and coordinate the booth team to achieve operational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to commit for the entire deployment period to ensure consistent staffing
• Experience in retail, events, or customer service to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
