Accounts Executive (Full Set/ 5 Days/ Paya Lebar)

• Basic $2800 - $3500 (Depends on experience)

• Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm

• Location: Paya Lebar

• Permanent Role + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare payment schedules and financial reports.

• Manage petty cash, reimbursements and banking transactions.

• Prepare GST submissions and fixed asset reports.

• Liaise with auditors, banks and government authorities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, related field, or LCCI qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience handling full sets of accounts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
